Ann sold my Mom's Condo in No Time! Could not have been better. My wife is a former realtor, and I'm a Commercial General Contractor, so this was a long way from our first rodeo. She walked us through the timeline we should expect 90 days out from when our existing lease was going to run out. She set us up in the Century 21 system with searches for the type of home and area we wanted and listened to our desires the entire way. My wife and I favorited 50+ houses, and Ann responded to them with what was good and bad about each place and what to be aware of with the surrounding areas. Ann also did a great job working around our schedules and setting up showings at the last minute when something came on the market to give us the best chance of obtaining a home. When it came to putting in an offer, she walked us through that process patiently and worked nights and weekends to submit documents, offers, and amendments we requested.
